General Provisions<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">1.1. These terms constitute a binding document for the Buyer (Client) and the Seller (Service Provider).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s4\">1.2. Seller \u2013 <\/span><b>Hevyt\u0117, MB<\/b><span class=\"s4\">, company code <\/span><b>307092545<\/b><span class=\"s4\">, address <\/span><b>Trak\u0173 g. 43-1, Sen\u0173j\u0173 Trak\u0173 k., LT-21146 Trak\u0173 r.<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">1.3. Buyer \u2013 a natural person purchasing services on the website.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">1.4. Services \u2013 boat rental on Lake Trakai (and related services, if specified).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">1.5. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms. The updated version will be published on the website. <\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Service Order and Contract Conclusion<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">2.1. The contract is considered concluded when the Buyer places an order and completes payment (or receives order confirmation, if a different process is stipulated).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">2.2. The Buyer must provide accurate data required for order fulfillment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">2.3. After payment, the Buyer will receive an order confirmation via email. <\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Prices and Payment<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">3.1. All prices are quoted in Euros (\u20ac).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">3.2. Payments in the online store are processed via the <span class=\"s2\"><b>MakeCommerce.lt<\/b><\/span> payment platform.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">3.3. An order is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment confirmation.<\/p>\n<h3><b>4. Service Provision<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">4.1. The service is provided at the agreed time and location according to the order information (date, time, duration).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">4.2. The Buyer must arrive on time. In case of delay, the service duration may be shortened if extension is not possible due to other reservations. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">4.3. Before the service, the Buyer signs a rental agreement and provides the data specified therein.<\/p>\n<h3><b>5. Buyer&#8217;s Rights and Obligations<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">5.1. The Buyer has the right to order services in compliance with these terms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">5.2. The Buyer undertakes to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">provide accurate data;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">comply with safety requirements and service provider&#8217;s instructions;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">use the boat responsibly and for its intended purpose;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">not cause damage to the boat, equipment, or third parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>6. Seller&#8217;s Rights and Obligations<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">6.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the service according to the order conditions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">6.2. The Seller has the right to refuse to provide the service if the Buyer is intoxicated, behaves aggressively, poses a safety threat, or violates the terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued if the reason for non-provision of service is due to the Buyer&#8217;s actions. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">6.3. The Seller may temporarily suspend website operations due to technical reasons.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>7. Service Cancellation and Refunds<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">7.1. The Buyer understands that a <span class=\"s2\"><b>specific date and time service<\/b><\/span> is being ordered, therefore refund conditions apply according to these terms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s4\">7.2.  <\/span><b>Refunds are issued only if the service is not provided due to the fault of the Seller (Lessor \u2013 Hevyt\u0117, MB).<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">7.3. If the service is not provided due to the Seller&#8217;s fault (e.g., technical malfunction, Seller&#8217;s organizational reasons), the Buyer will be refunded the full amount paid within <span class=\"s2\"><b>3 business days<\/b><\/span> via the same payment method, unless otherwise stipulated by law.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">7.4. If the service is not provided due to the Buyer&#8217;s fault (no-show, delay, refusal, violation of terms), the amount paid <span class=\"s2\"><b>will not be refunded<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">7.5. If the service cannot be provided due to Force Majeure circumstances (e.g., extreme conditions, prohibitions, natural disasters), the parties shall resolve the situation through negotiations (e.g., rescheduling, voucher, etc.), but an automatic refund is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n<h3><b>8. Liability<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">8.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">8.2. The Buyer is responsible for the safe use of the rented boat and equipment and for any damage arising from the Buyer&#8217;s actions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">8.3. The Seller is not liable for disruptions if they occurred due to the operation of third-party systems (banks, MakeCommerce, communication providers, etc.) when these are beyond the Seller&#8217;s control.<\/p>\n<h3><b>9. Final Provisions<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">9.1. These terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">9.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and failing that, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">9.3.
